www.langorealestate.com(“Website”) is maintained and operated by Lango Real Estate Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, registered office: care of Intercontinental Fund Services Limited, Level 5, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebène, Mauritius.

Lango Real Estate Limited holds a category 1 global business licence issued by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius (the “FSC”) under the Mauritius Financial Services Act 2007 and has been authorised by the FSC to operate as a closed-end fund pursuant to the Mauritius Securities Act 2005 (the “Mauritius Securities Act”) and classified as a “professional collective investment scheme” pursuant to the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes and Closed-end funds) Regulations 2008 (the “CIS Regulations”).

The manager of Lango Real Estate Limited is Lango Real Estate Management Limited (the “Manager”). The Manager holds a licence issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission pursuant to the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 1987.

Throughout these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), Lango Real Estate Limited, its affiliates and the Manager are referred to as “we”, “our”, “us” or “Lango”. We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any person using the Website, and any organisation or person using the Website on an organisation’s behalf.
